The Process


We have a 48 hour SLA (Service Level Agreement) for complaints. This means that upon receiving a complaint, we will Acknowledge, Investigate and Respond to the customer within 48 hours.

Thereafter we will be able to resolve and confirm this resolution to the customer. A further follow up to the customer will also be completed.
